  • Why choose a soy candles over a paraffin wax candle?
    Soy is better for your health: Soy burns cleaner and produces as much as 90% less soot than paraffin, reducing the amount of indoor air pollution.
  • How long does each candle last?
    Your candle should burn for approx. 30hrs. However this also depends on lots of variables, like where you place your candle, how you use and burn your candle, the temperature of the room etc. Always place your candle in a draft free environment and away from windows. Burn your candle for no longer than 3 - 4 hours, as this can cause the candle to soot.
  • Will I need to cut the wick?
    We do recommend that you trim your candle wick before every burn, just to make sure you get the best results from your candle.
  • What should I do if I have a problem with my candle?
    This can happen from time to time, as all our candles are handmade with natural ingredients. If you have any problems with your candles then please don’t hesitate to contact us.
  • I’ve ordered the wrong colour candle container, what can I do?"
    No problem, just contact us either by email or phone and we can rectify the problem. There maybe a charge for the postage.
  • I want to order more than one candle will there be a postage reduction?
    Yes of course, The amount of items you order will reflect in the postage costs.
  • How will I receive my order?
    All our orders are currently dispatched via Royal Mail Signed For and have a tracking number which will give you an idea of the day of delivery.
  • Can I choose the colour of my candle lid with my order?
    When you choose a coloured glass candle container the lid that you receive reflects the interior of the glass container. For example the Navy Blue containers have a gold interior so the lid you will get is a gold lid. However if you purchase a clear candle glass container you can choose what colour lid you would like, e.g. silver, gold or copper.
  • Can I choose what sample tealight I get with my order?
    Unfortunately not, the sample you receive in your order is randomly chosen by ourselves. This is to entice you to try all our other fragrances on offer.
  • What do I do if I have old fragrance oil left in my diffuser?
    If you have any residual fragrance oil left in your diffuser bottle it is advised that it should be taken to your local authority recycling centre and disposed off appropriately. However the base oil used in your diffuser has optimal evaporation and is an environmental friendly product.
