Hyperion's Candles - Do's & Dont's Guide
Trim your candle wick to approximately 5mm before you light your candle each time.
Always protect the surface wherever you place your candle to burn as the glass will get warm/hot.
Do's
Always allow your candle to solidify before re-lighting.
Keep clothes and hair away from your burning candle.
Use the candle lid to protect & preserve your candle when not in use.
Refer to the safety label on the base of the candle or the safety label inside the packaging lid for more information if required.
Use a snuffer or your candle lid to extinguish your flame. It's safer than blowing them, as this can send sparks and hot wax flying.
Avoid placing your candle in a draughty area as this can cause an uneven burn and sooting
If your burning multiple candles at once, keep your candles apart. Leave at least four inches (10cm) between two burning candles.
Keep our of direct Sunlight.
Make sure your candle is out of reach of children and pets.
Don't place your candle near or under curtains or other fabrics or furniture.
To prevent damage to your candle container, never burn the candle right down to the bottom.

Never put lit candles under shelves or cupboards.
Never move your candle whilst lit, or when the wax is liquid as the glass maybe hot.
Do not burn your candle for more than four hours.
